Metropole is inspired by the Metropole Hotel in Monaco. TANN developed the intarsia work for this fabric that resembles the classic fashion Tweed, in tweed textured beige and black colors.

TANN was created in 2018 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We work with Brazilians suppliers only to ensure we fulfill our responsibility of curating the best, responsible-made materials. Rates
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Shipping includes free exchange or return on the same priority you paid for shipping. Free shipping orders also include one free exchange or return.
Tracking your order
All orders are tracked and require a signature upon arrival. If nobody is home to sign, your order will be returned to the carrier's local depot and instructions will be left regarding redelivery. For a delivery update, please refer to the delivery carrier's website detailed in your order confirmation and enter the tracking reference provided on the dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into your account to track your order's delivery progress.
Carrier returned orders
In the unlikely event that the carrier cannot deliver your order then they will return the parcel to us, the sender. Any parcels returned to sender will be processed as a return once delivered at our warehouse. You will be contacted to choose between a new shipping that will require payment or demand a refund on product costs (total order amount minus shipping)
Request to cancel or amend your order
Once your order is placed, the warehouse begins to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a second order.
BFPO, PO BOX and APO/FPO
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to BFPO, PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
o ensure safety of all our clients, including you, we will not accept return of items that show signs of use. Signs of use include: spots, removal of tag, removal of protective adhesive. You will be notified and product will be shipped back with no extra costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you have 7 days to drop your purchase at designated location after receiving instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
